Publisher background: My Lagoon Story
David Sherrer created LagoonFacts after years of personal involvement with the Indian River Lagoon, including living on the lagoon in Cocoa Beach, building a small dockside aeration system during fish-kill conditions, and later serving as an unpaid citizen volunteer on the Save Our Indian River Lagoon Citizen Oversight Committee.
